Born and raised in Zambia, Fortune Nyondo known as Mr. Fortune to many, who simply goes by "Fortune", is best known for his skill and influence in music. He is a musician, singer/songwriter, composer, arranger, and producer of his own music along with many other solo artists. He has worked with many local artists in Africa, as well as, professional musicians in the United States. Fortune’s unique musical sound comes from a mix of his African roots along with Western sounds. His unforgettable voice will make you laugh, love, cry, heal, forgive, and be comforted. His success in music has seen him win 5 Awards. He was given Ngomas and AZAMI awards for Best Recorded Song, Best Video, Best Gospel Song, and 2 for Best Male Vocalist. In Zambia, these awards are equivalent to a Grammy or Dove Award. He is currently writing a script for a movie of his own.
